Self-Compassion Application Privacy Policy

This privacy policy is compiled for our Self-compassion application. This document and knows that we collect only a minimum of data, use it only for the purpose of proper functioning of an app and that we do not save, store and transmit them. When using Self-compassion applications, we process some of the User data you have provided, so it is important that you read this text before giving your consent to the processing. 

User data we collect and Information that users might actively give to us

We do not collect or process any other personal and sensitive data. 

You are not required to give us any other personal information. We will only use this information to respond to your request. We won’t keep or use this data in any way.  Also, you can provide some of your personal information when commenting on an application. Other people may read this information online and gather it. We disclaim any liability for how others utilize this material. We strongly advise against using any personal information in your comments on applications, especially anything that can be used to immediately identify you, including your name, address, and employer. Any personally identifying information that you publish online is not covered by our privacy policies.

Purpose of processing User data

We process anonymous data from your device for the purpose of ensuring the proper functioning of an application and conducting research to analyze mental health trends. This analysis aims to contribute to the development of a mental health support system in Thailand.

Self-Compassion Journey app keeps all you write but we do not use your data for any other purpose.

We do not store your personal data

We do not store your personal data. With our app, your personal data is safe as we do not own any servers to store Personal data.  

How Long We Retain Your Information

We do not collect or store your personal information.

We store some non-personal information for internal analysis purposes. Non-personally identifiable information is generally kept for a short period of time, unless we use that information to enhance security or improve the functionality of our Services, or unless we are required by law to retain that information for a longer period of time. User rights

Decide whether to use our services. You can choose to download our application. When we update our policies, you will have the option to continue using our services. You can disable certain features in the application settings.

Age limit

To consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the preceding text, you must be at least 12 years old.
Without the permission of the child’s parent or legal guardian, we do not and will not knowingly collect personal information from any kid under the age of 12. Please get in touch with us if you’re a parent or guardian and concerned about the transfer of your child’s personal information.
